How to Join Our Reseller Program
While we do sell direct to customers, Vandal Stop will work with Sales Reps, Resellers and Distributors. If you are interested in becoming a partner with us, please read through the following information to help determine where you fit in best.
Qualifying Products
At Vandal Stop, we specialize in manufacturing a range of products while also offering complementary items and services from other companies. Our Reseller/Discount program is exclusively applicable to products we produce. Eligible products are identifiable by their SKU, which begins with either "AA-" or "VSP-". Generally, this includes items from our Washroom accessories line, such as toilet paper dispensers, paper towel dispensers, mirrors, soap dispensers, shelves, and similar products. For clarity on specific products included in this program, feel free to inquire, and we will supply a comprehensive list of eligible products.
Non Affiliated Reseller
Qualification:
- Non affiliated resellers are companies or individuals that are bidding on a job where our products are specified but have no previous sales history with Vandal Stop.
Requirements:
- Resale certificate must be provided for tax exempt status.
- All purchases must be made through the website.
- Purchase Orders will be accepted but balance due must be paid before the product will be released for shipping.
- Credit Card, ACH & Checks are acceptable but payment must be made before shipment will be released.
- Orders above $5000 will require 50% payment prior to production and balance due prior to shipping.
- Reseller understands Production Lead Times for Made to Order products and will communicate to their customer.
- Resellers are permitted to markup the prices as deemed appropriate for their customer base.

Tier I - Affiliated Reseller
Qualification:
- Tier I Resellers are companies or individuals that are actively looking for and bidding on jobs where Vandal Stop's products are specified AND have ordered at least one time before.
Requirements:
- Resale certificate must be provided.
- Bidding on projects where VSP products are specified.
- Offers a 5% discount for all eligible products with SKUs starting with "AA-" or "VSP". Partner products are not eligible for discounting.
- Account must be in good standing (no overdue invoices).
- All purchases must be made through the website using the assigned account.
- Credit Card payments will not be accepted unless Reseller agrees to pay the 3% CC processing fee.
- Orders under $5000, Net 30 payment terms are allowed with proof of good credit.
- Orders above $5000 will require 50% payment prior to production and balance due Net 30 from the day of final invoice.

Tier II - Affiliated Reseller
Qualification:
- Tier II Resellers are companies or individuals that are actively promoting and selling Vandal Stop's line of products to their clients and meet a minimum threshold of 5 sales per year.
Requirements:
- Resale certificate must be provided.
- Must actively promote and sell VSP products to their clients.
- Offers a 10% discount for all eligible products with SKUs starting with "AA-" or "VSP". Partner products are not eligible for discounting.
- Account must be in good standing (no overdue invoices).
- All purchases must be made through the website using the assigned account.
- Credit Card payments will not be accepted unless Reseller agrees to pay the 3% CC processing fee.
- Orders under $5000, Net 30 payment terms are allowed with proof of good credit.
- Orders above $5000 will require 50% payment prior to production and balance due Net 30 from the day of final invoice.

Tier III - Affiliated Reseller
Qualification:
- Tier III Resellers are companies or individuals that are actively promoting and selling Vandal Stop's line of products to their clients and meet a minimum threshold of 10 sales per year.
Requirements:
- Resale certificate must be provided.
- Must actively promote and sell VSP products to their clients.
- Offers a 15% discount for all eligible products with SKUs starting with "AA-" or "VSP". Partner products are not eligible for discounting.
- Unless Net30 Terms are Negotiated, Distributor must pay the balance in full prior to shipping.
- Minimum order quantities of 50 items (mix and match okay).
- All purchases must be made through the website using the assigned account.
- Credit Card payments will not be accepted unless Reseller agrees to pay the 3% CC processing fee.
- Orders under $5000, Net 30 payment terms are allowed with proof of good credit.
- Orders above $5000 will require 50% payment prior to product shipping production and balance due Net 30 from the day of final invoice.
- Must make a minimum of 10 sales per year in order to stay active in the program.

Notes
- Please Note 1: Vendors are free to markup above our list pricing as they feel appropriate. Our company does not bid on jobs in the marketspace, ensuring that vendors will not compete against us for bid jobs.
- Please Note 2: Our Tier I Reseller Program is designed for Resellers that are bidding on a job where our products are specified but the Reseller is not actively promoting the product outside of the bid. Our Tier II and Tier III Reseller programs are designed for resellers and distributors that are actively promoting our products to their customers. We reserve the right to remove a reseller from our program if we do not believe they are promoting the products actively within the scope of the Tier they are in.

The link provided does not need to be in a prominent location, it just needs to be somewhere on the website. The link text should state the following:

How to Get Started
The first step towards becoming a qualified Vandal Stop reseller is to determine what Tier best applies to you and your company. Then, follow these steps:
1. Fill Out Application
- Fill out the Reseller Application form here.
2. Apply for Login Account
- Go to this link here in order to create your user account on the website. Fill out the details and submit.
3. Send in the Following Information
Email the following information to [email protected].
- Reseller Certificate [email protected]. Be sure to iindicate what Reseller Tier you are applying for.
- Business Credit Report (Required if seeking Net 30 terms, not necessary if paying via ACH).
- Accounts Payable Contact Information
- Signed Reseller Application form
4. Account Activation
Once we have reviewed your application we will contact you to let you know if you have been accepted. Once accepted, you will be able to login to your account and you will be presented with your discounted pricing and tax exempt status.
5. How to Submit a Purchase Order Training
