Conditions of Use...
Credit Terms:
1. VandalStop, Vandal Stop Products, credit terms may be available upon satisfactory approval using Dunn & Bradstreet or three acceptable credit references.2. You must provide written authorization by your company principal to inquire on your credit references.
3. If we must use credit verification we may charge you any incurred costs to obtain report.
4. Report return may not guarantee Credit approval.
5. Upon approval, payment terms will be established as net 30 days.
6. Authorized Government Purchase Orders may be accepted without credit references.
7. VandalStop, at its sole discretion, may require a cash prepayment to fulfill an order.
Payment Methods:
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Money Order and Business Check. ALL PVT customers Check or Money Order must clear our bank prior to shipment of goods.
2% discounts
will be applied to prepayment orders using cash, approved credit card authorization.
1% discounts
will be applied to orders paid 10 days from receipt of shipment.
Pricing:
VandalStop is the only agent authorized to set and approve sales pricing. Pricing on all accepted purchase orders will be honored. Prices are subject to change without notice.
GSA Contract:
Contact our Sales Department for details. On approval, originals of Government Purchase Orders may be accepted without credit references.
Sales Tax:
Appropriate taxes will be added to all invoices except when a tax-exempt certificate has been completed and is on file with the accounting department.
Shipping:
Unless otherwise arranged, freight will be prepaid and added to the invoice in accordance with the standard freight rate chart. NOTE: All orders specifically designated by purchaser to be delivered by specific Freight Carrier shall be responsible for timely payment regardless of Freight Carrier late delivery or damage to goods.
Weights:
Weights are shown in the documentation as approximate and include packing materials.
Delivery Terms:
Order fulfillment may be up to 8 weeks. **We cannot predict metal availability, volatility, weather & costs. All deliveries within the Continental United States (CONUS) are shipped F.O.B. Export shipments must be arranged prior to order fulfillment. Unless otherwise specified with order, all deliveries over 25 units will be shipped bulk packaged. We use "best rate" shipment policy. Customer assumes all costs for any other shipping special requests.
Delivery Claims:
All claims for concealed loss or damage product must be reported immediately to and the delivery carrier. All damaged containers and packing materials must be held for inspection by shipping carrier.
Cancellation/Returns:
*All orders are considered custom-made for customer. Once ordered 1/2 down may be required no cancellation permitted. Contact Vandal Stop ProductsTM office further information. RMA# required.
Warranty: Pre 1991
Some specific limits & conditions may apply. Check with your local building code agency for ADA compliancy, codes & statutes.
Warranty: Post 1991
1. Hard copy verification of original purchase receipt must be received @ VandalStop prior to return.
2. All materials warranted for 25 years.
3. If a dispenser is deemed to be non-functional by Vandal Stop ProductsTM, we may chose to repair or replace the dispenser. Decision is solely our choice. RMA # required
4. Warranty void if unit not used as designed or not locked or mounted with sufficient quality anchoring devises.
5. The non-functional unit must, will be returned to RMA# required, pre-paid and, upon approval, a repaired or replace dispenser will be shipped pre-paid to the customer.
6. A copy of local law enforcement agency venue of onsite damage report must be supplied with request required for replacement must be submitted with repair / return service request. (Help us help you)
7. Repeat "free repair / replacement" limits may apply. (3-Free replacements)
8. Agreement must be pre-approved at discretion of VandalStop. Return Material Authorization, (RMA) number required.
9. Vandal Stop Products manufactures the entire fixture housing. *Some add on components may be outsourced and are not warranted by VandalStop.
10. We guarantee each unit quality, metal & craftsmanship integrity. We cannot control quality of some outsourced add on components. We manufacture each unit so local hardware store repair parts may be easily achieved.
11. Each unit is specifically designed for each application. *Custom request manufacturing priced separately: Request for modification or installation of lesser quality parts may not constitute product failure covered by product warranty. In the event of alleged product failure factory holds sole discretion of determination of product failure.
SPECIFIC NOTE for Building code inspector:
316L SS Material Quality is NOT magnetic in nature. Product housing shall NOT be attachable by any magnetic item.
Vandal Stop Products does NOT recommend any of our products where suicide may be a concern.
Some units may not be suitable for institutional applications.
ALL UNITS MUST BE INSTALLED IN COMPLIANCE TO YOUR LOCAL BUILDING CODES
Acts of War or God may be cause for "Exceptions".
